SITE PLAN
This innovative co-housing project prioritizes inclusivity and accessibility for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Spanning four stories, the complex accommodates a diverse community through variously sized housing units. Each unit is composed of a different number of subunits, ranging from one to four. Larger units cater to extended groups, such as elders and caretakers, while smaller units are tailored to college students, young professionals, and families of varying sizes. The ground floor is dedicated to communal spaces, offering amenities such as libraries, computer labs, workshops, laundry facilities, daycare services, lounge areas, dining spaces, and a public gallery, fostering a vibrant and interconnected living environment.
